Our pastor, Nathan, is an M.Div. graduate of The Master’s Seminary. He also holds a M.Sc. in Speech Sciences/Developmental Linguistics. He was saved by God’s grace in 2010 listening to John MacArthur preach the Gospel on an old radio in the forest in British Columbia. Nathan is married to Christina, and they have five adult children. Prior to their return to Vancouver Island, Nathan and Christina served at Grace Community Church in Los Angeles, CA from 2020-2023, where Nathan was a deacon and pastoral assistant in the Local Outreach Department, under pastor Mike Riccardi. Nathan was ordained as an elder by Redeemer Bible Church of Abbotsford and sent as the elder/pastor of the church plant. He and the church plant are supported by an incredibly loving and Christ-honoring congregation/elder team at Redeemer Bible Church and other like-minded churches.
